Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the service we provide, however, in the unlikely event that the products we deliver are damaged or incorrect, please notify us by email within 3 working days of your delivery. We require photographic evidence that that the products are incorrect, substandard or damaged, and we will then do our utmost to rectify the error.
Please note that Warm Fuels cannot be held responsible when products have been used or damaged whilst in the customer’s possession.
We offer free cancelation on all orders. Please place your cancellation (including your order number) in writing to Warm Fuels, Moss Nook Farm, Moss Nook Lane, Rainford, St Helens, Merseyside, WA118AG or email us at email@example.com.
To return products and obtain a full refund please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of the goods arriving back with us. Transport costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility and Warm Fuels accept no liability for any costs incurred by you for making the return.
If on return, any goods have suffered a material reduction in value due to customer handling, a commensurate reduction in any refund will be made to reflect this.
All returns must arrive unused, unmarked and in a saleable condition.
